HEINEKEN owns and manages one of the world's leading portfolios of beer brands and is one of the world's leading brewers in terms of sales volume and profitability. The group brews and sells more than 170 international premium, regional, local and specialty beers and ciders.
This role is within the Continuous Improvement team within Global Sales. This team has been initiated to lead the effort of step by step improvement in the area of sales execution. In order to embed Excellence in Execution into the day-day reality of our markets, we are in the process of creating a common Sales Execution System (Sale Force Automation). The successful intern would be joining this newly created team and support the development of a common solution; working with multiple stakeholders locally (Amsterdam) as well as internationally (Europe)

Vacature informatie:

We are currently looking for someone with great communication and organizational skills to support the Sales Project Manager and Deployment Managers into making this project a success.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

Align communication between various stakeholders (from all levels)
Preparing and become the custodian of a change and communication plan
Designing and bringing to life a Rapid Deployment toolkit for SFA
Supporting the project team in their day to day activities (Solution scoping, workshop design, process templates management, SharePoint governance..)

Wij bieden:
Start mid August 2014 for a period of 6 months.
Number of days per week: 5 days per week
Remuneration: € 500 gross per month
Who: ambitious students who are enrolled at a university
Wij zoeken: Final stage of University / Master (WO) communication, preferably international business communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English language (other languages also a plus)
Positive, pro-active and enthusiastic attitude and not afraid to approach (senior) stakeholders within the organization
Background and interest in Sales and Project management preferred
Someone who is enthusiastic and a self-starter, who likes to take initiatives and has an affinity for people and enjoys working with multinational teams;
